Ararat School Holiday Program (Vacation Care)
In addition to Before and After School Care, we offer an inclusive program designed to engage young minds, keep children active and provide quality care during school holidays.
Our School Holiday Programs have exciting activities, incursions and excursions and is offered in Ararat, Portland and Ballarat.
Bookings for our Holiday Program open approximately 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the program. The opening date for each program is advertised on our website and Facebook page. Bookings can be made at any time after the opening date, however places for these programs fill quickly and it is recommended that families book early.

Booking and Payment for the School Holiday Program
New Families: Before booking for the School Holiday Program, all new families are required to:
- Enrol to use the service.
All Families:
- Program of Activities
Book days of Holiday Program care required.
- Payment - Payment details need to be uploaded through the finance section of the Xplor Home App and then payments will commence fortnightly over vacation care.
